FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONSIs there an age limit?No, but I do not have experience of working with children, adolescents or couples/families. How long does a session last? Each session lasts for 50 minutes. We meet on the same day/evening and at the same time for every session. An initial consultation however will last between an hour and an hour-and-a-half. This will allow time to discuss your problems and reasons for seeking help. Are you registered? I am registered with the British Psychoanalytic Council and I adhere to their ethical code of practice. I am not registered with BUPA or any of the health insurance companies. How do I arrange an initial appointment? My usual fee is between £40 and £60 per session. The fee for the initial consultation is £70. Fees will be discussed at the first appointment. I can occasionally take some one at below the standard fee if they are able to attend during the day. |
